Small Step: Review your calendar the night before.

Again...this may seem too simple and obvious, but how many times have you realized that you thought you knew your schedule. When waking up in the morning, it hits you like a ton of bricks a client meeting had been rescheduled for that morning and you are unprepared! So off to the races you go, scrambling around quickly dressing so you can rush to the office to prepare.
